MEADVILLE — Route 1011 (Mystic Park Road) in Crawford County is closed from Rosenburg Road in Troy Township to Dutch Street in Steuben Township due to flooding, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The road is expected to reopen by 8 p.m. Three other Crawford County roads have also been impacted by high water. Traffic is slowed and restricted by high water on Route 19 from the on-ramp at Route 285 to the ramp at State Route 6 East at the Geneva Exit in Greenwood Township. Traffic is restricted on Route 27 at the intersection with Fauncetown Road in Troy Township due to floodwater erosion of the road shoulder on the eastbound lane. Route 1041 (Fish Flats Road) is closed from State Street/Britton Run in Sparta Township to Garland Street in Centerville Borough due to flooding.
