Following are transcripts of voice messages and an e-mail Lisa Miceli allegedly made to Michael Jordan’s attorney. In Crawford County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday, Jordan’s attorney, Frederick J. Sperling, claimed Miceli violated a court order prohibiting her from attempting to contact Jordan or his representatives. Be cautioned that offensive language is used in some of these transcripts.

The telephone call you placed to me and the five voicemails you left for me today are in violation of the Order of Court and Permanent Injunction entered by Judge Gordon Miller yesterday, a copy of which is attached. At the February 6 hearing in this case, Judge Miller stated that each violation could result in “a fine up to $1,000 and jail up to six months.” If there are any further violations, they will be brought to the attention of the court.

I have to consent to that according to your bar rules. Not to mention, nothing personal, he’s not even allowed to explain — he’s only allowed to explain what the paternity means to the public and not — make personal things. Fred, I left you a list of questions that I demand to be answered and I am not buying your there’s no compelling to discovery. Anybody can say anything. I can say that you raped me and ask for a judgment and be too embarrassed to do discovery. Is that how we wanna play? Beca — if you’re thinking that you’re able to work through Ed Hathaway’s law license, you’re from this area, you handle family law. Really? Did Juanita Jordan use you for your family lawyer? Or did Michael Jordan and her have two separate family lawyers in Illinois? Not to mention the State Bar said they already received your first complaint. You knew about it and asked for an expungement and now all of a sudden the second one is coming in and you claimed, under oath, that you have no record of any prior State Bar filings against you. You’re also not a lawyer for Live Nation. You’re not a lawyer for all these other athletes and I’m tired of the harassment. My family has law libraries and law schools after them and you, and obviously Gordon Miller, feel somehow inadequate that you feel the need to personally attack me and go into the media and say personal statements. It would be impossible to stalk Michael Jordan. I’m here 24/7 with my child and have been for the last four years. So, you’re making false accusations that are libel. You’re accusing me of crimes that never occurred. And, as far as me rambling, that’s what the press says. If you guys weren’t so caught up in the press and did appropriate gag orders, and appropriate filings in a court of law, nothing you’ve done has been legit. So, I’ve called the F.B.I. and made sure that they’re 100% aware of it. So, if you want to put me in jail, good luck with that. And my uncle is a judge and he’s ready at any moment to see what we need to do to take this to federal court and get personal harassment protective orders taken out on you personally seeing that Michael Jordan never even showed up for court of law. That’s what I’ve done, Fred, to protect you as a lawyer because I’m entitled to have Michael Jordan tell how many emails he’s read, how many everything instead of being stalked by the Associated Press. For my private sex life that you continue to try to exploit, and somehow keep Michael Jordan relevant in the news, I think it’s highly pathetic.
