MEADVILLE — Martha L. Eubank of 13974 N. Wayland Road, Meadville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at home.

Martha was born in Cleveland, Okla., on March 28, 1932, a daughter of the late Melvin and Vera Josephine Martin Blackbear.

On Oct. 28, 1980, Martha married Robert (Bob) L. Eubank; he survives.

She was a member of St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church and the Altar Rosary Society.

In 1997 Martha retired from the Bursar’s Office of Allegheny College where she was responsible for loan collections. She had previously been employed by Jim Sesow in Tulsa, Okla., and by Alaska Mutual Bank in Anchorage, Alaska. She was a member of the National Women Credit Association. Martha enjoyed gardening, shooting guns as well as shooting skeet. In her younger days she enjoyed rodeo riding and race car driving. Her time spent living in Alaska was special to her, and she loved cooking for all those who visited her husband’s hunting camp in Anchorage.

Martha is survived by her former husband, Robert L. Eubank.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where a scripture service will be conducted at 4.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday at St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, 353 Pine St., Meadville, with Father Matthew Kujawinski, pastor, as celebrant.

Interment will take place in St. Agatha Cemetery, West Mead Township.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15205-4620; or Hospice of Crawford County, 464 Pine St., Meadville, Pa. 16335.
