CONNEAUTVILLE — Roger Elwin Kreider, 55, of 19684 State Hwy. 18, Conneautville, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at his residence.

He was born in Meadville, Aug. 12, 1957, a son of Leonard and June Arndt Kreider. He married Carolyn Chapin.

He was owner/operator of Kreider Tire of Conneautville. He was a huge race fan, owning car No. 29 in the Fastrak Series. He also enjoyed being with his family and friends, and hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife Carolyn Chapin Kreider of Conneautville; sons Justin and Shane Kreider, both of Conneautville; two grandchildren, Madison Kreider and Josh Kreider; parents Leonard and June Kreider of Conneautville; brother Randy (Jennifer) Kreider of Meadville; sister Sherry Kreider of Conneautville; and life-long friend Roger Blood of Springboro.

Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the White-Cool Funeral Home, 1405 Main St., Conneautville. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. with Pastor Matt Rendulic of the Conneautville Church of Christ officiating. Interment will be private.
