CLAREMORE, Okla. — Christopher James Ketcham, 24, of Claremore, Okla., was killed in a fiery car crash on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, in Rogers County, Okla.

He is survived by his mother, Kathy Ketcham of Meadville; and his father, Gerald Ketcham Jr. and companion, Jenny Broniecki, of Export. He is also survived by his grandparents, Barbara and Gerald Ketcham Sr. of Meadville; a brother, Nick Ketcham of Meadville; his stepbrothers, Stephen Ketcham of Walla Walla, Wash., Mike Cox of Oklahoma, Robert Cox of Chardon, Ohio, and Jeremy Hossmister of Chardon.; stepsisters, Stephanie Ketcham of Walla Walla, Brandi Romo of Walla Walla, Jennifer Cox of Meadville, and Skylar Ketcham of Export; and nieces and nephews.

Chris worked at High Point Ford Dealership in Pryer, Okla., as a technician.

Chris loved working on cars and rebuilding motors, and riding ATVs with his grandparents when they would go to trips to Marienville. His grandparents took him camping a lot when he was younger with his brother Nick. He loved taking pictures of sunsets and anything that had to do with nature. Chris loved to travel and he also loved chasing tornados in Oklahoma and taking pictures of them. Chris was good at whatever project he would take on. When he was small, he helped his brothers, Nick and Jeremy, to build his first log cabin in the woods, and it was real nice. Chris will be missed a lot.

There will be no public services for him. There will a gathering at his gravesite for family only.
