MEADVILLE — Leatrice I. Ganster, 82, of Tamarack Drive, Meadville, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Meadville Medical Center.

Born in Meadville, April 25, 1930, she was a daughter of Dewey V. and Mary Jackson Mushrush. She married Frank Ganster; he preceded her in death Nov. 19, 2010.

She was employed at Talon Inc. for many years and she also worked as the manager for the S & H Green Stamp Store.

She enjoyed gardening and canning her vegatables that she grew. She loved to watch and feed the birds. In her younger years her passion was roller skating and she spent many hours at Conneaut Lake Park roller rink.

Survivors include her two sons, Douglas Ganster of Saegertown and Larry Ganster of Meadville; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Meade Mushrush; and a sister, Dorothy Kreiter.

There will be no services.

Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are in the care of Roofner-Collins-Warren funeral home and cremation services Inc., 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.
