MEADVILLE — Susan Lorraine Pangburn, 60, of Meadville, died at home surrounded by her family, Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, following a battle with cancer.

She was born in Franklin, Nov. 18, 1952, a daughter of Jacob and Muriel Rodgers Kiehl.

She had worked at one time at Women’s Services. She enjoyed writing poetry and some of her work was published.

She is survived by three children, Edward Decker Jr. and his wife, Heather, of El Paso, Texas, Matthew Decker of Titusville and Angela Decker of Meadville; four grandchildren, Samantha Schwartzkopf, Brandi Tena, Jacob Decker and David Decker, all of Texas; her stepmother, Janet Kiehl of Titusville; two sisters, Sandra Decker of Titusville and Barbara Lilley of Meadville; a half sister, LeAnn Roseman of Titusville; and two brothers, Phillip Kiehl of England and Kenneth Kiehl of New Hampshire.

Calling hours will be Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home Inc., 581 Chestnut St., Meadville.
