CONNEAUT LAKE —
Mary Lou Christy, 64, of Conneaut Lake, passed away Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at Meadville Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 3, 1948, a daughter of James M. Hazen and Margaret M. Bush Hazen.
She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. She was a member of the Conneaut Lake Park Firehall and she enjoyed dancing, going out on a pontoon boat and especially liked to drive the boat. She loved her two dogs, Tiny and Cappy.
She is survived by her companion of 20 years, Robert C. Arpin; two grandchildren, Cameron Arpin and Drake Arpin; two sisters, Sara Erven and her husband, Don, of East Springfield, and Sandra Chetoka and her husband, Dave, of Conneaut Lake; and two brothers, John Hazen and Thomas Hazen, both of Conneaut Lake.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James P. Hazen and Robert M. Hazen; an infant sister, Barbara Ann; and an uncle, James Bush.
Arrangements are private and at the convenience of the family.
