MEADVILLE — Casey J. Kuchmak, 20, of 544 1/2 Chestnut St., Meadville, formerly of Espyville, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 26, 2013, in St. Vincent Health System, Erie.

She was born in Meadville on Feb. 9, 1993, a daughter of Brenda L. Bollinger Balash.

Casey had attended Linesville High School.

She attended Calvary Baptist Church, Meadville.

Survivors include a daughter, Kaydence L. Fox of Meadville; her mother, Brenda Balash of Kinsman, Ohio; her stepfather, Robert Zadack of Espyville; and her maternal grandmother, Martha Baker and her husband, Robert, of Venango.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Lee Bollinger.

Calling hour is today from 1 to 2 p.m. at Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville.

Funeral and committal services are today at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Doug Messerall, senior pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, Meadville, officiating.

Interment will be private in Rock Ridge Cemetery, Greenville.

Memorial contributions may be made in Casey’s memory, care of Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc. 366-368 S. Main St. Greenville, Pa. 16125.
