SAEGERTOWN — Mary Agnes Keba, 77, of 18522 Grange Center Road, Saegertown, passed away Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, at home.

Mary was born in Latrobe, Oct. 2, 1934, a daughter of the late Andrew and Agnes Miller Kuba. On Aug. 13, 1966, Mary married Joseph Keba; he survives.

She was a member of St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, Meadville.

Mary loved being a homemaker and she enjoyed decorating. She was a 1952 graduate of Latrobe High School. For many years she had served as president of the Eat-Travel Club. Mary’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandsons, Eric, Kevin and Ethan.

In addition to her husband, Joseph, of 46 years, Mary is survived by a daughter, Maria Keba Weiss and her husband, Arnold, of Leesburg, Va.; three grandsons, Eric Joseph Weiss, Kevin Michael Weiss and Ethan Andrew Weiss, all of Leesburg; two brothers, William Kuba and his wife, Ellen, of Hummelstown, and Richard Kuba and his wife, Kathy, of Latrobe; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by two brothers; a stepbrother; and a stepsister.

At the family’s request, there will be no public visitation.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, 353 Pine St., Meadville, at 10 a.m. Monday, with Father Matthew Kujawinski, pastor, as celebrant.

Interment will take place in Saegertown Cemetery, Hayfield Township.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville.
