GUYS MILLS — Lyle J. Francisco, 66, of 16552 John Brown Road, Guys Mills, died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at Meadville Medical Center following complications from a stroke.
He was born in Meadville, Dec. 21, 1942, a son of William and Florence Keys Francisco. He married Cathy Anderton. She survives.
He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2006 and the Meadville Club.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Francisco of Guys Mills; a son, William Francisco and his wife, Sonya, of Sarasota, Fla., a daughter, Sherry Rudd and her husband, Edward, of Pinellas Park, Fla., a daughter, Danielle Peterson and her companion, Curt Fischer, of Guys Mills, a daughter, Roberta Whiting and her husband, Richard, of St. Robert, Mo., a son, James Weiser of Guys Mills, a daughter, Jennifer Weiser and her companion, Sabrina Beggs, of Utica; a brother, William Francisco and his wife, Karyn, of Meadville; a sister, Donna Stavey and her husband, Donald, of Mt. Dora, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Francisco; and his mother, Florence (Keys) Francisco.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Willis L. Arnold Funeral Home, Main Street, Townville.
