SEBRING, Fla. — Mildred Christian of Sebring, Fla., formerly of Venango, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 9, 2009.
She was born June 28, 1923, in Sharon, a daughter of Milford and Mabel Miller Donaldson. She married the Rev. Robert C. Christian; he preceded her in death.
She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Hannold and her companion, Bill Lindsey, of Rochester, N.Y., and Marilyn Longenecker and her husband, Warren, of Sebring; and three stepdaughters, Beverly Danalka, Laurie Perkins and Roberta Fuller. She is also survived by two sisters, Elaine Thomas and her husband, William, of Sebring, and Esther Ray and her husband, Richard, of Okeechobee, Fla.; two grandchildren, Marlene Patterson and her husband, Frank, of Waterford, and Phyllis Wester and her husband, Rodney, of Sebring; four great-grandchildren, Kristin, Sydney, Dylan and Dalton Patterson of Waterford; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a brother, Charles Donaldson.
There will be no services.
