MEADVILLE —
Connie Sue Anthony Lucynski, 57, born Aug. 29, 1955, departed this life on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, surrounded by her family at Meadville Medical Center after a long courageous fight against a painful illness.
Connie leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother, Janet Mailliard, who resides at Wesbury Nursing Home; her sisters, Diane Case and her husband, Cloyd, Joanne Higgins and her husband, Bob, Nancy Peterson and her husband, Darwin, and Patty Wales and her husband, Ed; brothers, Ed Anthony and his wife, Rose, and Tom Anthony and his wife, Chris; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends she made along the way.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Lucynski; her father, Walter Anthony; and a brother, Dale Anthony.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Meadville Medical Center Intensive Care Unit and Wesbury Nursing Home for the kindness and help they showed her. The family would also like to thank her good friend, Bob Ferry, who took the time to take her outside the pain to the world she loved.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
