CONNEAUTVILLE —
Virginia A. Gehr, 88, of Elm Street, Conneautville, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at Meadville Medical Center.
She was born in Conneautville on Aug. 31, 1924, a daughter of the late Bert and Hazel O’Neal Gehr.
She was a former employee of Blazon. She enjoyed shopping and buying lottery tickets. She loved her cat, Tommy.
Survivors include her son, Charles (Chuck) Gehr of Gloucester, Va.; sisters Frances Graham of Conneautville and Marjorie Gehr of Saegertown; brother Harold Gehr and his wife, Doreen, of Conneautville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by sister Ruth Turner and brother James Gehr.
Friends may call today from 2 to 3 p.m. at White-Cool Funeral Home, 1405 Main St., Conneautville, where the funeral and committal service will follow at 3 p.m., with Pastor Loren Little officiating.
Interment will be in Conneautville Cemetery.
