MEADVILLE —

Clifford M. Curtis, 63, of Meadville, died on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at his residence with his family by his side.

He was born on Sept. 3, 1949, at Emlenton, the son of Hugh C. and Maxine M. Reedy Curtis. He married Wilma L. Manross on Sept. 3, 1974.

He was a United States Army Veteran, having served in the Vietnam War.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 111, Meadville. He loved fishing and hunting as well as four-wheeling and snowmobiling.

In addition to his wife, Wilma L. Curtis of Meadville, he is survived by a daughter, Melissa D. Czolba-Curtis and her husband Carl J. Czolba III of Front Royal, Va; two sons, Matthew Lee Curtis and his wife Shawna of Meadville and Jason P. Curtis of Marietta, Ohio; four grandchildren, Christian Peters, Emmalea Czolba, Carl J. Czolba IV and Cora L. Curtis; a sister, Geraldine K. Edwards and her husband Jim of Conroe, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Calling hours will be on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin St., Meadville. The funeral service will be on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Ray Sloss officiating.

Burial will be in the Starr Cemetery, Knox, with full Military Honors conducted by the American Legion.
