Mildred Isobel Kightlinger Williams, 78, of 13746 Oakview Drive, Meadville, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at Altercare of Cayahoga Falls.
Born in Franklin on Feb. 23, 1931, she was a daughter of Forest and Mary Pearl Dupont Kightlinger.
She was a retired waitress.
She enjoyed gardening and reading.
Survivors include four children, Timothy Williams and his wife, Darla, of Akron, Ohio, Linda Karns of Conneaut Lake, Robert Daniel Burke of Meadville, and Teresa Sexton and her husband, Michael, of Akron, Ohio; a sister, Mary Novak of Franklin; a brother, James Kightlinger and his wife, MaryLou, of Buffalo, N.Y.; four granddaughters, four grandsons and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Henry, Forest, Blair and Pete Kightlinger; and a grandson, Paul Sutton.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home Inc., 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.
The funeral and committal service will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Brumagin officiating.
Burial will be in Cochranton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 464 Pine St., Meadville, Pa. 16335.
