MEADVILLE — Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Keith J. Phillips, 18, of 20932 Peters Road, Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 21 before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm on Meadville Police Department charges of one count each of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief for an incident June 22 and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $10,000 bond.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Jonathan C. Wright, 21, of 13027 State Highway 98, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 19 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and five summary offenses for an incident June 25 and was released on his own recognizance.

-Louis S. Anderson, 45, of 176 Swamp Road, Utica, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 20 on Vernon Township police charges of one count each of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft and two summary traffic offenses for an incident June 9 and was released on $30,000 bond.

-Corey E. Corretti, 22, of 403 Asbury Manor East, Meadville, was bound over to the next term of court July 21 on Vernon Township police charges of one count of defiant trespass and three summary offenses for an incident May 30 and was released on his own recognizance.

-Kenneth L. Osborn, 73, of 14524 County Line Road, Greenville, was bound over to the next term of court July 21 on a Vernon Township police department charge of one count of retail theft for an incident June 8 and was released on $15,000 bond.



Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Jayme C. Cargo, 19, of 346 North St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 19 before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Pennsylvania State Police charges of 17 counts of forgery; four counts of criminal conspiracy; one count of theft by unlawful taking; and 13 counts of theft by deception for an incident March 26 and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, on nonmonetary bond.

-Michael D. Ratchford, 43, of 36150 Oakmont Road, Union City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 20 on state police charges of two counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and one count each of criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident May 15 and was released on nonmonetary bond with conditions.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Jesse L. Tinney, 28, of 9405 Millgrove Road, Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 21 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of simple assault and harassment for an incident Dec. 6, 2009, and was released on $10,000 unsecured bond with conditions.

-Eric R. Kinter, 18, of 15771 King Drive, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 22 on Conneaut Lake Regional Police charges of one count of driving under the influence and two summary offenses for an incident June 27 and was released on his own recognizance.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-William E. Webb, 59, of 484 Dutch Hill Road, Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 16 before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Titusville Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an incident June 24 and was released on his own recognizance.

-Brian C. McCauley, 49, of 216 E. Walnut St., Titusville, was arraigned July 19 on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incident between April 17 and May 5 and was released on nonmonetary bond with conditions. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 29.

-Joshua D. Smith, 18, of 516 N. Franklin St., Titusville, was arraigned July 19 on Titusville police charges of one count of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and two counts of conspiracy for an incident that day and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $7,500 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 30.

-Justin M. Smith, 18, of 516 N. Franklin St., Titusville, was arraigned July 19 on Titusville police charges of one count of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and two counts of conspiracy for an incident that day and was committed to county jail in lieu of $7,500 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 30.

-Stacey M. Marvin, 18, of 321 E. Central Ave., Titusville, was arraigned July 19 on Titusville police charges of one count of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and two counts of conspiracy for an incident that day and was committed to county jail in lieu of $7,500 bond. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 30.
