Magisterial District Judge

- Linda Sue Ours, 60, of 484 Randolph St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of attempting to obtain a controlled substance and forgery. Meadville Police Department filed the charges for an incident Jan. 25. She was released on her own recognizance.



Vernon Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Lisa A. Anderson, 42, of 176 Swamp Road, Utica, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge retail theft. Vernon Township Police filed the charge for an incident Feb. 1 at Wal-Mart. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Linette Beinhardt, 34 of 255 W. Water St., Apt. H, Saxonburg, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of driving under the influence. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Feb. 2. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Joseph A. Standish, 50, of 1147 Neely Road, Knox, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and two summary counts. State police filed the charges for an incident Dec. 13. He was released on his own recognizance.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Gage Michael McIntyre, 18, of 11887 Church Run Road, Titusville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and two summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Jan 24. She was released on her own recognizance.



Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

- John C. Scott, 26, of 225 Beach Ave., Cambridge Springs, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver on a charge of driving under the influence and two summary counts. Cambridge Springs Police filed the charges for an incident Jan. 26.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Sara R. Guiher, 27, of 12152 Mohawk Drive, Conneaut Lake, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on charges of driving under the influence and a summary count. Conneaut Lake Regional Police filed the charges for an incident Feb. 4. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Anthony F. Szklinski III, 56, of 11648 Pierson Ave., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and three summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Jan. 11. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Randi L. Conley, 24, of 204 Beech Blvd., Pulaski, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and one summary count. Conneaut Lake Regional Police filed the charges for an incident Feb. 7. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Danny L. Knicely, 38, of 119 North St., Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of attempted aggravated assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and a summary count. State police filed the charges for an incident Feb. 14. He was released on $75,000 unsecured bond with conditions.

- James R. Helper, 21, of 304 Smith Ave., Conneaut-ville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of criminal trespass and a summary count. State police filed the charges for an incident Dec. 31, 2009. He was recommitted to jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.
