Magisterial District Judge
- Jeremy A. Ender, 30 of 19227 Mulligan Lane, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance. Pennsyl-vania State Police filed the charges for incidents between June 24, 2009, and July 2, 2009. Ender was released on $10,000 bond.
- Eric Taylor Pike, 25, of 651 Jefferson St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on Meadville Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and one summary traffic violation for a Jan. 23 incident and was released on his own recognizance.
Vernon Township Area
Magisterial District Judge
- James C. Glaspy Jr., 43, of 12235 State Route 98, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing March 1 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and one summary traffic offense for an incident Jan. 29 and was released on his own recognizance.
Saegertown Area
Magisterial District Judge
- John W. Peterson Jr., 35, whose address was listed as Crawford County jail, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver on charges of theft by failure to make required disposition off funds. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident Feb. 21, 2006. Peterson was released on his own recognizance but was returned to the jail where he is being held on other charges. He faces a preliminary hearing on the charge March 12.
- Sherricka N. Phillips, 21, whose address was listed as State Correctional Institution at Cambridge Springs, was arraigned on two counts of aggravated harassment by prisoner, one count of simple assault and a summary count. State police filed the charges for an incident July 8. She was ordered held on $100,000 bond, but was returned to the state prison where she is being held on other charges. She faces a preliminary hearing on the charges March 12.
- Amanda C. Blades, 25, whose address was listed as State Correctional Institution at Cambridge Springs, was arraigned on a charge of arrest prior to requisition by other authorities filed by state police. Blades is wanted by authorities in Elkton, Md. She was returned to the state prison where she is being held on other charges and is awaiting extradition to Maryland.
- Wanda S. Sharpe, 46, of 8580 Frenchtown Road, Cochranton, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and three summary counts. State police filed the charges for an incident Nov. 14, 2009. She was released on her own recognizance.
Titusville Area
Magisterial District Judge
- Lisa M. Newberry, 47, of 38538 State Highway 408, Centerville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and a summary count. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Jan. 2. Two other summary counts were withdrawn by state police. Newberry is free on her own recognizance.
Linesville Area
Magisterial District Judge
- John P. Servey, 26, of 15542 Rogers Ferry Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and a summary count. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Jan. 31. Servey is free on her own recognizance.
- Jacklyn S. Brown, of 777 Water St., Apt. 7, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI, endangering the welfare of a child and a summary count. State police filed the charges for an incident Jan. 31. Brown is free on her own recognizance.
- Timothy E. Adams, 43, of 2225 Fry Road, Jamestown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of harassment and a summary count. State police filed the charges for an incident Feb. 6. Adams is free on her own recognizance.
