Magisterial District Judge
- Robert A. Henry Jr., 38, of 15140 W. Mill St., Meadville, Wednesday waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and three summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Nov. 29, 2009. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Robert E. Herr, 49, of 7242 Herrs Lane, Hartstown, Wednesday waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and three summary counts. State police filed the charges for an incident Dec. 24, 2009. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Harvey D. Paul, 38, of 12767 Sportsman Road, Conneaut Lake, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. State police filed the charges for an incident Dec. 18. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Jan. 29 before Marwood.
- Terry L. Tobin, 33, of 1791 Old Forge Road, Niles, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of fleeing or eluding police, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint and seven summary counts. State police filed the charges for an incident June 21. He was placed in the Crawford County jail in lieu of $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Jan. 29 before Marwood.
