MEADVILLE — Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Frank L. Messina, 48, of Spartansburg, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 14 in Rome Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Barry C. Baker Jr., 30, of Moncks Corner, S.C., waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 18. He was released on his own recognizance.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Iveth C. Summers, 29, of 1974 Route 173, Cochranton, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 29 in Vernon Township. She was released on her own recognizance.



Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Randall J. Dolder, 29, of 739 North Cottage Street, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 13. He was released on nonmonetary bond.
