Magisterial District Judge

- Victoria M. Bryer, 20, of 119 Walnut St., Cochranton, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 25 before Magisterial District Judge William D. Chisholm on a Meadville police charge of one count of retail theft for an incident Oct. 5, 2009, and was released on her own recognizance.

- Chad Kristian McClain, 30, of 41 Asbury Manor East, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 27 on Pennsylvania State Police three counts each of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance from three separate incidents on Sept. 17, 23 and Oct. 7. McClain was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge

- Cory C. Ondo, 21, of 848 Killarney Drive, Pittsburgh, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 26 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on state Office of the Attorney General charges of three counts of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deceipt and/or subterfuge for an incident Nov. 14, 2009, and was released on $20,000 bond.

- Joshua A. Vosburgh, 19, of 303 Euclid St., Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 25 on Cochranton police charges of three counts of driving under the influence and three summary offenses for an incident Dec. 11, 2009, and was released on his own recogizance.

Magisterial District Judge

- Nickolas S. Wiltanger, 19, of 503 Church St., Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 22 before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Cam-bridge Springs police charges of one count each of access device fraud and identity theft for an incident Nov. 22, 2009 and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $25,000 bond.

- Matthew L. Loper, 26, of 20379 Grange Center Road, Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 25 on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of theft by unlawful taking and one count each of attempt to commit theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and defiant trespass for an incident Oct. 28, 2009, and was released on $10,000 bond.

- Joseph W. Zuccaro, 23, of 383 Walnut St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 26 on state police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an incident Dec. 19, 2009, and was released on his own recognizance.

- Cody A. Tingley, 21, of P.O. Box 454, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 26 on Cambridge Springs police charges of one count of driving under the influence and three summary traffic offenses for an incident Nov. 18, 2009, and was released on his own recognizance.

- David A. Sherman, address listed as Crawford County jail, Saegertown, was arraigned Jan. 26 on state police charges of one count each of burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking for an incident Oct. 25, 2009, and was recommitted to the jail in lieu of $2,500 bond.

State Police

- Saeed M. Dubas, 51, of Titusville, was driving north on Route 89 in Sparta Township at 2:05 p.m. Jan. 22 when he attempted to pass and struck a vehicle being driven by Jennifer L. Warner, 42, of Rouseville. Dubas and two of Warner’s passengers all reportedly sustained minor injuries.
