MEADVILLE — Titusville Area Magisterial District Judge - Dana A. Sunderlin, 29, of 8 Petroleum St., Oil City, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on a charge of conspiracy to commit burglary. Titusville Police Department filed the charges for an incident Jan. 8. Sunderlin was released on $5,000 unsecured bond. He faces a preliminary hearing on the charges June 3. - John C. Shook, 38, of 37779 State Highway 77, Centerville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and two summary counts. He was released on his own recognizance. Crimes State Police - A known individual is being sought after running from police shortly before 8 p.m. on May 22. While driving a 1996 Chevy Blazer, the person failed to stop after committing a traffic violation, then drove off the roadway and fled on foot into a wooded area near State Route 8 and Mageetown Road in Rome Township.
