Magisterial District Judge

-Donald L. York, 53, of Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing July 16 on Conneaut Lake police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an incident May 26 and was released on his own recognizance.

-Jessica L. Overmier, 24, of Cochranton, was bound over to the next term of court on state police charges of three counts of DUI and two summary traffic offenses for an incident June 2 and was released on his own recognizance.

-Joseph M. Smith, 19, of Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on state police charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct for an incident July 6 and was released on $10,000 unsecured bond with conditions.
