Magisterial District Judge

- Mark A. Hollis, 40, of 1026 West Broadway, Liesing, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 8 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Cochranton Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence, one count of false identification to law enforcement authorities and two summary traffic offenses for an incident May 14 and was released on $20,000 unsecured bond. Hollis was also bound over to the next term of court on separate Cochranton police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and one summary traffic offense for an incident May 14 and was released on $20,000 unsecured bond.



Crimes

State Police

- Criminal mischief charges are pending against an identified 15-year-old girl after she allegedly damaged a security camera at a Route 86, Woodcock Township youth facility at 7:03 p.m. Sept. 30.

- Someone stole miscellaneous personal property from two connected North Main Street, Springboro residences sometime between 5:30 and 10:30 p.m. Oct. 1. An investigation continues; anyone with information is asked to call state police at 332-6911.

- Drunk driving charges are pending against an identified 38-year-old Meadville woman after she was allegedly found to be intoxicated during a traffic stop in Vernon Township at 4:50 p.m. Oct. 5.

- Someone threw a large rock onto the windshield of a truck at a North Hart Road, East Fairfield Township location sometime between 8 p.m. Oct. 5 and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 6. The rock broke the truck’s windshield and dented its hood and roof.
