Magisterial District Judge

n Andrew DeJohn, 43, of 5221/2 Randolph St., Meadville, was held to court following an Oct. 14 preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm on Meadville Police Department charges of robbery and theft by unlawful taking for a Sept. 28 incident at Vocelli Pizza and was returned to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, where he has remained since Sept. 29 in lieu of $100,000 bail.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Nathan R. Babay, 25, of 6691/2 Park Ave., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 13 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on a Vernon Township Police Department charge of one count of retail theft for an incident Aug. 8 and was released on his own recognizance.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Jonathon James Cregg, 26, of 203 Elm St., Tionesta, was held to court in absentia following an Oct. 13 preliminary hearing conducted by Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Titusville Police Department charges of two counts each of driving under the influence and disorderly conduct and a summary traffic offense for an Aug. 22 incident.
