Magisterial District Judge

n Victor L. Keener, 53, of 12787 Elm St., Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 21 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an incident Sept. 23 and was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge

n Tiffany M. Dyne, 19, of 8 Church St., Ludlow, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Oct. 23 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on a Pennsylvania State Police charge of one count of receiving stolen property for an incident between July 8 and 16 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

State Police

n Laura L. Kimmy, 34, of Springboro, was driving north on Route 18 in Springboro at 9:34 p.m. Oct. 19 when she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and strike a telephone pole. Kimmy was reportedly wearing a seatbelt and wasn’t injured.

n Brian L. Huddleson, 22, of Centerville, was driving west on Route 408 in Steuben Township around 1:05 a.m. Oct. 23 when he reportedly fell asleep and lost control of his vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and strike a garbage can, a mailbox, two road signs and a utility pole before rolling over. Huddleson was reportedly wearing a seatbelt and sustained moderate injuries. Charges are pending.

n Burglary charges are pending against two area men and a 16-year-old boy after they allegedly broke into two Randolph Township residences Oct. 22.
