Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Shane A. Hurlburt, 429 Maple St. Ext., Kane, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 10 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on a Pennsylvania State Police charge of one count of receiving stolen property for an incident July 9 and was released on $25,000 unsecured bond.

n John M. Hollabaugh, 25, of 192 Tanglewood Drive, Franklin, was bound over to the next term of court Nov. 11 on a state police charge of one count of receiving stolen property for an incident July 8 and was released on $15,000 bond.

n Kelly R. Wolf, 31, of 263 Randolph St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 10 on Vernon Township Police Department charges of one count each of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft for an incident Sept. 23 and was released on her own recognizance. A previously-filed additional charge of one count of corruption of minors was withdrawn.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Michael J. Ladesic, 43, of 984 Cleland Mill Road, New Castle, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 5 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission charges of two counts of boating under the influence and three summary traffic violations for an incident Sept. 5 and was released on his own recognizance.



Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Joseph J. Raab, 49, of 554 Ellicott Court, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and two summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Oct. 17 in Hayfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.



Crashes

State Police

n Patricia S. Potter, 74, of Jamestown, was driving east on Hunter Road in East Mead Township at 11:09 p.m. Nov. 9 when she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and down an embankment. Potter was reportedly wearing a seatbelt and sustained moderate injuries.

n James R. Carr Jr., 19, of Andover, Ohio, was driving east on Route 322 in West Shenango Township at 7:35 a.m. Nov. 13 when he apparently lost control of his vehicle, causing it to strike the rear of another vehicle being driven east by Robert Samios, 69, of Jamestown. Carr was reportedly transported by ambulance to University of Pittsburgh Medical Center-Greenville for treatment of minor injuries. Charges against Carr are reportedly pending.



Crimes

State Police

n Harassment charges are pending against an identified 21-year-old man after a 43-year-old Jamestown woman claimed he intentionally struck her with his vehicle at a Bates Road, West Shenango Township location at 9:05 p.m. Nov. 8.
