- A known person used a Conneautville woman’s bank account to pay for additional cell phone minutes without the woman’s authorization. The incident took place between Oct. 19 and Wednesday.
- A known Athens Township woman tampered with the meter on her Bancroft Road home between Oct. 29 and Tuesday and received electricity from Northwestern Rural Electric Cooperative Association Inc. of Cambridge Springs without paying.
