n Someone entered a Townline Road, East Mead Township residence and stole a silver-colored .380-caliber pistol and a black pistol case sometime between 8:30 and 9:15 a.m. Nov. 16.
Meadville Area
Magisterial District Judge
n Joseph C. Arnett, 35, of 843 Liberty St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Jan. 30 in Meadville. Arnett was released on his own recognizance.
n Eric Matthew Przepioria, 32, of 561 Pine St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on Meadville City Police charges of three counts of driving under the influence, one count of accident involving damage to an attended vehicle and four summary traffic offenses for an Oct. 16 incident on Pine Street and was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge
n William L. Beck, 39, of 12402 Main St., Titusville, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Titusville Police charges of driving under the influence, fleeing or eluding police, reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary counts for an incident Aug. 18. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
n Samuel T. Jackson, 49, of 1121/2 Drake St., Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence, fleeing or elluding police and three counts of reckless endangerment, driving while operating privilege is revoked-DUI and three summary counts. He was released on $5,000 bond.
n Larry W. Fry-Manross, 50, of 21302 Route 8, Centerville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of violating the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Aug. 26 in Athens Township. Fry-Manross was released on his own recognizance.
