Magisterial District Judge

n Howard M. Crow, 51, of 11015 Springs Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 19 before Magisterial District Judge William D. Chisholm on a state Office of Inspector General charge of one count of welfare fraud for an incident Feb. 28 and was released on his own recognizance.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Nathanael Paul Stritzinger, 33, of 14741 Kane Road, Atlantic, waived his right to a preliminary before Vernon Township Area Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Cochranton Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an Oct. 30 incident in the area of Route 322 and Ridgeway Hill Road and was released on his own recognizance.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

n Marsha Smith, 39, of 5854 Oil Creek Road, Spartans-burg, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magis-terial District Judge Amy Nicols on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Titusville police filed the charges for incidents between June and August. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Charges are pending against a 39-year-old Conneautville man after he allegedly harassed a 45-year-old Conneautville woman at a Hilltop Road, Spring Town-ship, location at 6:20 a.m. Nov. 18.
