Crashes

State Police

n Beth I. Lingo, 79, of 16573 Post Ridge Road, Centerville, was driving on the Newtontown Road Bridge and onto Mystic Park Road in Troy Township at 2:15 p.m. June 10 when she drove into the path of a vehicle being driven north by David R. Wescoat, 19, of 41675 Route 27, Titusville. Wescoat’s vehicle struck Lingo’s vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and strike a tree. Lingo reportedly sustained minor injuries.

n Bonnie L. Boardman, 47, of Saegertown, was driving west on Gravel Run Road in Woodcock Township at 2:55 p.m. June 7 when she failed to stop her vehicle, causing it to strike the rear of a vehicle being driven west by Pressley W. Campbell, 84, of Meadville. Boardman’s passenger,Carina L. Gledhill, 18, of Saegertown, was reportedly transported to Meadville Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.

n Charges are pending against an identified juvenile after he allegedly shot BBs through windows at French Creek Valley Christian School on North Street in Saegertown around 10:30 p.m. June 4.

Magisterial District Judge

n Kirk D. Sutton, 43, of 14215 Seeley Road, Townville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct for an incident June 6 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $10,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is set for June 18.
