MEADVILLE — Crashes

State Police

-Brian E. Shade, 48, of Linesville, wasn’t injured in a one-car crash on Route 285 near Church Road in North Shenango Township at 11:50 p.m. Friday. Shade was driving east when his auto went off the south side of the road, drove through a field, became airborne, struck a utility pole and then hit the ground before the auto rolled over. Shade fled the scene, but was discovered a short distance from it. Charges are pending.

-An unknown vehicle struck a utility pole on Route 408, east of West Fremont Street, in Townville between 12:01 and 8:05 a.m. Friday, shearing off the pole at its base. Persons with information about the incident are asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at Corry at (814) 663-2043.

-An Atlantic area couple harassed each other at a home on Pinedale Lane in East Fallowfield Township Saturday.
