Magisterial District Judge
- Greg A. Nageotte, 32, of 5924 Franklin Pike, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 12 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of recklessly endangering another person and harassment for an incident Nov. 20 and was released on his own recognizance.
Crashes State Police
- Anthony D. Raco, 22, of Erie, was driving south on Interstate 79 in Cussewago Township at 10:10 a.m. Jan. 8 when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and roll over onto its roof. Raco reportedly wasn’t injured; his passenger, Jessica D. Clancy, 23, of Pittsburgh, sustained minor injuries. Both were reportedly wearing seatbelts.
n Travis G. Shidemantle, 23, of Conneautville, was driving north on Route 98 in Hayfield Township at 2:30 a.m. Jan. 9 when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to travel off the road, strike an embankment and roll over several times. Shidemantle was reportedly wearing a seatbelt and wasn’t injured. Charges are reportedly pending.
