PLEASANTVILLE — Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Deborah D. Morak, 33, whose address was listed as State Correctional Institution at Cambridge Springs, was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood, acting for Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver, on a charge of arrest prior to requisition. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident Monday as Morak is wanted by the New Jersey State Parole Board on a parole violation. She was returned to prison in lieu of $2,500 bond. She faces an extradition hearing July 7.

- Bruce L. Bunting, 68, of 21790 Church St., Venango, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of driving under the influence and two summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident April 24. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Shawn M. Nulph, 18, of 19720 State Highway 98, Conneautville, pleaded guilty before Zilhaver to a charge of theft filed by Pennsylvania State Police for an incident April 15 at Kwik Fill in Saegertown. He was ordered to pay $390.74 in fines and costs and serve one year of probation.

 



Crimes

State Police

- Someone entered a Stanley Avenue, Conneautville residence and stole approximately $200 in cash, a gold bracelet, a copper bracelet and a silver ring sometime between 7 a.m. May 30 and 1 p.m. June 4.

- Someone punctured the tires on a 25-year-old Meadville woman’s vehicle while it was parked at a Ravine Street, West Mead Township location sometime between 11 p.m. June 7 and 3:30 a.m. June 8.

- Theft of services charges are pending against a 31-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man after the two allegedly stole electrical service at a Union Township residential property between April 13 and May 13.

- Someone stole a 250sx three-wheeler all-terrain vehicle from a Stizerville Road, Wayne Township property. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 332-6911 or Crawford County Crime Stoppers at (888) 596-STOP.

 

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Kelly Reese, 51, of 697 Terrace St., Meadville, was arraigned June 5 before Linesville Area Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood, acting for Magisterial District Judge William D. Chisholm, on Meadville Police Department charges of one count each of firearms not to be carried without a license and illegal possession of a firearm for an incident June 5 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $25,000 bond. His preliminary hearing before Chisholm is scheduled for June 15.
