-Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Cochranton Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an incident Jan. 17 and was released on his own recognizance.
n Clinton J. Dhanenes, 30, of 11126 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Feb. 25 on Vernon Township Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence and three summary traffic offenses for an incident Jan. 20 and was released on his own recognizance.
- William A. Hall, 35, of 7746 Mill Road, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Feb. 25 on Pennsylvania State Police charges of five counts of simple assault; four counts of aggravated assault; three counts of recklessly endangering another person; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threats; and three summary offenses for an incident Jan. 25 and was released on $20,000 bond.

- Asia Ann Incorvia, 19, of 19754 Forest Green Drive, Apt. 723, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of retail theft. Vernon Township Police filed the charge for an incident Dec. 28 at Wal-Mart. She was released on $10,000 bond.
- Cassandra A. Zegarra, 25, of 2906 Ashford Lane, Apt. 103, Madison, Wis., waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of retail theft. Vernon Township Police filed the charge for an incident Feb. 1 at Wal-Mart. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.
- Shakeena A. Deloach, 29, of 735 Tacoma Road, Apt. 2, Erie, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of retail theft. Vernon Township Police filed the charge for an incident Feb. 1 at Wal-Mart. She was released on her own recognizance.
- Lashanda Ryckman, 27, of 429 Orchid Place, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of retail theft. Vernon Township Police filed the charge for an incident Feb. 1 at Wal-Mart. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.

Magisterial District Judge
- Anthony L. Jordan, 41, of 1186 S. Cottage St., Meadville, was arraigned Feb. 25 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Conneaut Lake Regional Police Department charges of one count each of attempted theft, theft by unlawful taking, burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief for an incident Feb. 21 and was released on $2,500 unsecured bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 8.
- Johnnie D. Bunch, 38, of 17586 Tighe Road, Linesville, was arraigned Feb. 25 on Linesville Police Department charges of one count each of attempted criminal trespass, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for an incident Jan. 28 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $5,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 8.

- John W. Trisket Jr., 39, of Corry, was driving north on Interstate 79 in Cussewago Township at 10:05 a.m. Feb. 25 when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and roll onto its side. Trisket was reportedly wearing a seatbelt and was transported to Hamot Medical Center, Erie, for treatment of minor injuries.
- Leonard L. Volk, 60, of Meadville, was driving north on Interstate 79 in Cussewago Township at 10:05 a.m. Feb. 25 when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and roll onto its roof. Volk was reportedly wearing a seatbelt and wasn’t injured.
- David J. Hayes Jr., 20, of Cochranton, was driving east on Route 322 in East Fairfield Township at 12:03 a.m. Feb. 25 when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to travel off the road, through a guide rail and down a steep embankment, coming to rest on railroad tracks. Hayes was reportedly wearing a seatbelt..
- Jan M. Lutz, 57, of Cambridge Springs, was driving west on Johnstown Road in Rockdale Township at 9:01 a.m. Feb. 23 when she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and strike a mailbox and a tree. Lutz was reportedly wearing a seatbelt and wasn’t injured.
