VERNON TOWNSHIP — An industrial accident with the potential of multiple injuries was reported at Advanced Cast off Route 102.

Emergency radio traffic indicated that a “transfer ladle” had exploded, causing the potential injuries and starting a fire at about 3:08 p.m. today.
